Who runs this website, how donations work, and the terms for using its content and the library catalogue.

1. Website owner

This website is published by the Stichting ter Bevordering van Toegepaste Transpersoonlijke Psychologie (English: Foundation for the Advancement of Applied Transpersonal Psychology), known as the Applied Transpersonal Psychology Foundation (ATPF).

The foundation was founded on 16 March 2017 in Utrecht by Hans TenDam.

The board: Hans TenDam (Chairman), Maarten Wiegmans (Secretary-Treasurer), Saskia Bergink (board member) and Timm Christophel (board member). The board is unpaid and the foundation has no staff.

2. Purpose of this website

According to its statutes, the foundation works for the international advancement of transpersonal psychology in general and regression therapy in particular. To that end it:

  • archives documents, such as books, articles, conference proceedings and research material, and makes them accessible;
  • stimulates the documentation of professional practice and scientific research;
  • awards grants to researchers, publicists and students;
  • spreads knowledge through lectures, publications and the Internet.

The foundation works in co-operation with EARTh, the Earth Association for Regression Therapy.

This website presents the foundation and its board, publishes the library catalogue, and lets you support the foundation with a donation.

3. Donations

What a donation is. A donation is a voluntary gift to the foundation. Nothing is delivered in return.

How you pay. Donations are made through PayPal. The Donate button on the Support page takes you to PayPal's website, where you choose the amount and complete the payment under PayPal's own terms. The currency is the one shown by PayPal.

Receipt. PayPal sends you a receipt by email when the payment is complete.

Refunds. Because a donation is a gift, it is refunded only where a payment was made in error, for example a wrong amount or a duplicate payment. To ask for a refund, write to info@atp-foundation.org within 14 days of the payment, preferably with the PayPal transaction ID, or use PayPal's own process.

Use of funds. Donations are used for the foundation's statutory objectives, described in section 2.

Tax. Whether a gift is tax-deductible depends on the country where you pay tax and on the foundation's status with the tax authorities. The foundation does not give tax advice. A confirmation of receipt is available on request.

Your data. How donor data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.

4. Content and disclaimer

The content of this website is for information only.

The foundation does not itself provide therapy, sessions, training, or medical or psychological advice. Where board members work in their own professional practice, that practice is independent of the foundation.

Information about regression therapy and transpersonal psychology on this website is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

The foundation makes every effort to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. If you notice an error, please let us know.

The appraisal codes in the library catalogue express the foundation's own opinion of each work.

This website links to websites of other organisations, such as PayPal. The foundation has no control over those websites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link does not mean that the foundation endorses the linked website.
